Spring is here!

The mornings are lighter and the weather is warmer, it's the perfect time to start training outdoors!


Bootcamp is for absolutely everyone, from body weight exercises up to 28kg! There is always an option, whether that's to make it more comfortable or more challenging, ensuring the session always works for you. Aslong as you feel good and are getting something out of it, then that is all that matters.
