Thank you for visiting my website, here is a little something about me and my focus.
I am a qualified fitness instructor based in Coventry and have a passion for strength training, supporting and empowering women to train hard and lift weights regardless of age, size or fitness level.
We have all been to a fitness class, to a gym, swimming or running in public where we have been made to feel small, embarrassed, intimidated or sexualised. Let's change that!
I create women only sessions with the purpose of feeling safe and empowered in a fun, relaxed and supportive environment. Just how it should be! I think it’s important to focus on exercise improving your mental health, confidence, strength and fitness with feeling good in your favourite pair of jeans being a positive by-product of your hard work and commitment.
It is really important to me that everyone feels comfortable before, during and after my sessions. Come as you are, wear what you want and be unapologetically you.

Helena is friendly, approachable and great to work with. Her varied workouts help to keep the sessions fresh. Over time I have felt my fitness improve with her encouragement and positivity.

I started training with Helena after having my daughter, I felt quite unfit and low in confidence. Our sessions were exactly what I needed and were varied every week, I felt comfortable enough to say when I struggled but Helena always encouraged me to push myself that little bit further which was great! I quickly saw results and would look forward to our session all week, as it really gave me a boost both physically and mentally. I will 100% be booking with Helena when baby number 2 arrives!
